Hey Myke, For the most part I think it's a pretty good piece. It's nice and clean and it sets up for the reader what the story in this issue is going to entail. The one thing that I might do differently if I had done this project would be to make the character lurking in the background much bigger. Make him taller and wider to extend further up into the logo and wider than the rest of the pic. As it is now he doesn't come across as being too threatening. Also one other trick you might consider in a concept like this would be to make the character bigger, and then actually let his top part, including part of his face hide behind the logo, and then darken it a bit to give the piece more mystery. Those are just ideas, again, the piece looks fine as is. Keep it up!
